Belweder Restaurant Regulations

The Belweder Restaurant in Białystok invites you to familiarize yourself with the regulations in force at the accommodation and catering facility.

The management will be very grateful for your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are intended to ensure peace and safety for all our guests.

1. The room is rented per day.
1.a. To rent a room, a valid ID or another photo ID document is required.
1.b. Minors without adult supervision cannot rent a room in our rooms.
2. The day lasts from 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM the next day.
3. The reservation must be confirmed with a deposit in the amount and by the date agreed with the receptionist. In case of non-payment of the advance payment, the reservation will be cancelled without further information.
4. The reservation of the room/table must be confirmed by a "Reservation Confirmation" document.
5. If the guest does not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
6. The guest should inform the reception by 10:00 AM on the day the rental period for the room expires if he wishes to extend his stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival.
7. We will accommodate the request to extend the stay to the extent of our available options.
8. In case of complaints regarding the quality of services, we kindly ask you to report them to the reception as soon as possible, which will allow us to react immediately.
9. We provide our customers with:

  • full and unrestricted rest conditions
  • safety of stay, including the preservation of guest information confidentiality
  • professional and friendly service
  • cleaning of the room and performing necessary repairs to equipment during the guest's absence, or, in case of the guest's presence, only if the guest gives his consent and request.
10. At the guest's request, we provide the following services free of charge:
  • providing information related to the stay and travel
  • waking up at a designated time
  • storing money and valuables for the duration of the stay
  • storing luggage for registered guests
10.a. Multimedia displays made available to guests are intended for viewing cameras located in the parking lot and for receiving advertisements. 11. The guest should immediately notify the reception of any damage.
12. The company's liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items are not deposited with the reception.
13. The company is not liable for damage or loss of the guest's car and other vehicles.
14. The guest is responsible for any damages or destruction of any equipment or technical devices caused by their fault or the fault of visitors.
15. Upon leaving the room, the guest should check that the door and windows are closed and leave the key at the reception desk.
16. The guest cannot transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which they paid the stay fee has not expired.
17. Unregistered individuals can stay in the guest room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
18. Silence must be maintained in the building from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
19. For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices in the rooms that are not part of the guest room equipment.
20. The receptionist may refuse to accept a guest who, during their previous stay, flagrantly violated the regulations, causing damage to the company's property or guests, or causing harm to guests, employees or other people staying in the restaurant and guest rooms, or disrupting the peaceful stay of guests or the operation of the facility.
21. Personal items left by the departing guest in the room will be sent to the address specified by the guest. If no such instruction is received, the company will keep these items for 3 months.
22. Smoking cigarettes in the guest rooms is prohibited. Smoking is possible in designated areas where ashtrays are located.
22.a. Failure to comply with this point will result in the person responsible being charged for the refreshment of the rooms.
23. The settlement for the stay is made on the day of arrival. In the case of cancellation or shortening of the stay period due to reasons beyond the host's control, the room fee is not refundable.
24. By choosing to stay in our restaurant, you accept the above regulations.
